ذِكْرُ الْأَشْيَاءِ الثَّلَاثَةِ الَّتِي إِذَا دَعَا الْمَرْءُ رَبَّهُ بِهَا أُعْطِيَ إِحْدَاهُنَّ

ibnhibban:922 – Ibn Salm > ʿAbd al-Raḥman b. Ibrāhīm > ʿAmr b. Abū Salamah > Zuhayr b. Muḥammad > Hishām b. ʿUrwah from his father > ʿĀʾishah

[Machine] "Jibril (Gabriel) came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, 'Indeed, Allah commands you to invoke Him with these words, for I will give you one of them.' The Prophet said, 'O Allah, I ask You for the expediting of Your healing, or patience upon Your affliction, or a departure from this world to Your mercy.'"  

ابن حبّان:٩٢٢ – حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ سَلْمٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

«أَتَى جِبْرِيلُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَأْمُرُكَ أَنْ تَدْعُوَ بِهَؤُلَاءِ الْكَلِمَاتِ فَإِنِّي مُعْطِيكَ إِحْدَاهُنَّ قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ تَعْجِيلَ عَافِيَتِكَ أَوْ صَبْرًا عَلَى بَلِيَّتِكَ أَوْ خُرُوجًا مِنَ الدُّنْيَا إِلَى رَحْمَتِكَ»

أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ أَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ جِبْرِيلُ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ فَقَالَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَأْمُرُكَ أَنْ تَدْعُو بِهَؤُلَاءِ الْكَلِمَاتِ فَإِنَّهُ مُعْطِيكَ إِحْدَاهُنَّ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ تَعْجِيلَ عَافِيَتِكَ وَصَبْرًا عَلَى بَلِيَّتِكَ أَوْ خُرُوجًا مِنَ الدُّنْيَا إِلَى رَحْمَتِكَ
