ذِكْرُ وَصْفِ قَبْرِ الْمُصْطَفَى ﷺ وَقَدْرِ ارْتِفَاعِهِ مِنَ الْأَرْضِ

ibnhibban:6635 – al-Sikhtiyānī > Abū Kāmil al-Jaḥdarī > al-Fuḍayl b. Sulaymān > Jaʿfar b. Muḥammad from his father > Jābir b. ʿAbdullāh

[Machine] "That the Prophet ﷺ was slandered and they poured milk over him, and his grave was raised from the ground by about a handspan."  

ابن حبّان:٦٦٣٥ – أَخْبَرَنَا السِّخْتِيَانِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ الْجَحْدَرِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا الْفُضَيْلُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ

«أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أُلْحِدَ وَنُصِبَ عَلَيْهِ اللَّبِنُ نَصَبًا وَرُفِعَ قَبْرُهُ مِنَ الْأَرْضِ نَحْوًا مِنْ شِبْرٍ»

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ was cursed and milk was poured over him as a form of insult. It was mentioned in the hadith that he said, "His grave was raised from the ground to a height of a hand span as I witnessed it."
