[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ rode a donkey with a saddle on it, and beneath it was a mat. He was returning from Sa'd ibn Mu'adh in Banu Harith in Khazraj before the Battle of Badr. He passed by a gathering where there was a mixture of Muslims, polytheists, idolaters, and Jews. Among them was Abdullah ibn Abi ibn Salul and Abdullah ibn Rawaha. When the gathering was disturbed by the dust caused by the animal, Abdullah ibn Abi ibn Salul covered his nose with his garment and said, "Don't bring your trouble upon us." The Prophet ﷺ greeted them and stood before them, inviting them to Allah and reciting the Quran to them. Abdullah ibn Abi ibn Salul said, "O man, if what you say is true, then you are surely better than this. Do not bother us in our gatherings, and go back to your journey. Whoever comes to you from us, then inform us about him."
