ذِكْرُ إِيجَابِ دُخُولِ النَّارِ لِمَنْ ظَلَمَ أَخَاهُ الْمُسْلِمَ عَلَى شَيْءٍ مِنْ مَالِهِ أَرْضًا كَانَ أَوْ غَيْرَهَا وَإِنْ كَانَ ذَلِكَ الشَّيْءُ يَسِيرًا تَافِهًا

ibnhibban:5165 – Muḥammad b. al-Ḥusayn b. Mukram > ʿAmr b. ʿAlī al-Fallās > ʿUmar b. ʿAbd al-Wahhāb al-Riyāḥī > Yazīd b. Zurayʿ > Rawḥ b. al-Qāsim > Ismāʿīl b. Umayyah > ʿUmar b. ʿAṭāʾ > ʿUbayd b. Jurayj > al-Ḥārith b. al-Barṣāʾ

[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allahﷺ say while walking between two Jamaarat during Hajj, "Whoever takes even a hand-span of a Muslim's property with injustice, he will have a house in the Fire (Hell) prepared for him." Omar ibn Abdulwahab narrated this incident uniquely.  

ابن حبّان:٥١٦٥ – أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ مُكْرَمٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْفَلَّاسُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ الرِّيَاحِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ الْبَرْصَاءِ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ وَهُوَ يَمْشِي بَيْنَ جَمْرَتَيْنِ مِنَ الْجِمَارِ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ «مَنْ أَخَذَ شِبْرًا مِنْ مَالِ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ بِيَمِينٍ فَاجِرَةٍ فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ بَيْتًا مِنَ النَّارِ» تَفَرَّدَ بِهِ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ

الطبراني:٣٣٣٠ – حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ الرِّيَاحِيُّ ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ ثنا رَوْحُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي خُوَارٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ الْبَرْصَاءِ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ وَهُوَ يَمْشِي بَيْنَ جَمْرَتَيْنِ مِنَ الْجِمَارِ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ «مَنْ أَخَذَ شَيْئًا مِنْ مَالِ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ بِيَمِينٍ فَاجِرَةٍ فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ بَيْتًا فِي النَّارِ»
