[Machine] We were with the Prophet ﷺ as if a dove was sitting on our heads. When some Bedouins came to him and said, "O Messenger of Allah, give us advice." He replied, "O people, Allah has removed hardship from you except for one who borrows from his brother. That is the one who is facing hardship and destruction." They asked, "O Messenger of Allah, can we seek medical treatment?" He said, "Yes, indeed Allah has not sent down a disease except that He has also sent down its cure, except for one disease." They asked, "What is it, O Messenger of Allah?" He replied, "Old age." They asked, "O Messenger of Allah, who are the most beloved people to Allah?" He said, "The most beloved people to Allah are those who have the best character."

[Machine] I witnessed the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and the Bedouins asking him, saying, "O Messenger of Allah, do we have any hardship in such a matter? Do we have any hardship in such a matter?" concerning things that are not harmful. He ﷺ said, "O slaves of Allah, Allah has relieved us of the hardship, except for the one who wrongs a Muslim's honor. That is the one who has hardship and perishes." So they said, "Should we seek medical treatment, O Messenger of Allah?" He ﷺ said, "Yes, seek medical treatment, O slaves of Allah, for Allah Almighty has not created a disease except that He has also created its cure except for one disease." They said, "O Messenger of Allah, what is it?" He ﷺ said, "Old age." They said, "O Messenger of Allah, what is the best thing that a person can be given?" He ﷺ said, "Good manners."

[Machine] We were sitting with the Prophet ﷺ as if birds were perched on our heads. No one among us would speak until a man from the Bedouins came to him and said, "O Messenger of Allah, give us your advice. Give us your advice." He replied, "O people of the Bedouins, Allah has made hardship unnecessary except for those who borrow from their brothers with the condition of repaying it. That is the hardship that destroys people." They said, "Should we seek treatment, O Messenger of Allah?" He replied, "Yes, indeed. Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, has not sent any disease except that He has also sent its cure, except for one disease." They said, "And what is that, O Messenger of Allah?" He replied, "Old age." They asked, "Who are the best of Allah's servants?" He said, "Those with the best manners among them." [Machine] I came to the Prophet ﷺ at Arafat and greeted him. He had a bird on his head and the Bedouins came to him from here and there saying, "O Messenger of Allah, we have difficulties in such and such." The Prophet ﷺ said, "O servants of Allah, Allah removes difficulties except for those who unjustly oppress others by borrowing money. They are the ones who face difficulties and destruction." They said, "O Messenger of Allah, should we seek medical treatment?" He replied, "Seek medical treatment, for Allah has not sent down an illness without providing a cure for it except for old age." They asked, "O Messenger of Allah, what is the best thing that people are given?" He said, "People are not given anything better than good character."
