ذِكْرُ الْبَيَانِ بِأَنَّ مَنْ حَسُنَ خُلُقُهُ كَانَ فِي الْقِيَامَةِ مِمَّنْ قَرُبَ مَجْلِسُهُ مِنَ الْمُصْطَفَى ﷺ

ibnhibban:485 – Abū Yaʿlá > Qāsim b. Abū Shaybah > Yaʿqūb b. Ibrāhīm b. Saʿd from my father > Yazīd b. ʿAbdullāh b. al-Hād > ʿAmr b. Shuʿayb from his father > Muḥammad b. ʿAbdullāh > ʿAbdullāh b. ʿAmr

[Machine] The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said in a gathering, "Shall I inform you about the most beloved to me and the closest of you to me in position on the Day of Resurrection?" He repeated this question three times, and we said, "Certainly, O Messenger of Allah." He said, "The best of you in character."  

ابن حبّان:٤٨٥ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو يَعْلَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا قَاسِمُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ سَعْدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْهَادِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ فِي مَجْلِسٍ «أَلَا أُخْبِرُكُمْ بِأَحَبِّكُمْ إِلَيَّ وَأَقْرَبِكُمْ مِنِّي مَجْلِسًا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ؟ » ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ يَقُولُهَا قُلْنَا بَلَى يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ «أَحْسَنُكُمْ أَخْلَاقًا»

[Machine] He heard the Prophet ﷺ saying: "Shall I not inform you of those most beloved to me and closest to me in position on the Day of Resurrection?" The people remained silent, so he repeated the question two or three times. The people said, "Yes, O Messenger of Allah." He said, "The best of you in character."  

أحمد:٦٧٣٥ – حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ وَأَبُو سَلَمَةَ الْخُزَاعِيُّ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ عَنْ يَزِيدَ يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْهَادِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ

أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ أَلَا أُخْبِرُكُمْ بِأَحَبِّكُمْ إِلَيَّ وَأَقْرَبِكُمْ مِنِّي مَجْلِسًا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ؟ فَسَكَتَ الْقَوْمُ فَأَعَادَهَا مَرَّتَيْنِ أَوْ ثَلَاثًا قَالَ الْقَوْمُ نَعَمْ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ قَالَ أَحْسَنُكُمْ خُلُقًا
