ذِكْرُ الْأَمْرِ بِقَتْلِ مَنْ أَنْبَتَ فِي دَارِ الْحَرْبِ وَالْإِغْضَاءِ عَلَى مَنْ لَمْ يُنْبِتْ

ibnhibban:4781Abū Yaʿlá > Abū Khaythamah > Jarīr > ʿAbd al-Malik b. ʿUmayr > ʿAṭiyyah al-Quraẓī

[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'Observe carefully: if the hair has grown, then kill it; otherwise, do not kill it.'"  

ابن حبّان:٤٧٨١أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو يَعْلَى حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ الْقُرَظِيِّ قَالَ كُنْتُ فِيمَنْ حَكَمَ فِيهِمْ سَعْدُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ فَشَكَّوْا فِيَّ أَمِنَ الذُّرِّيَّةِ أَنَا أَمْ مِنَ الْمُقَاتِلَةِ؟ فَقَالَ

رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «انْظُرُوا فَإِنْ كَانَ أَنْبَتَ الشَّعْرَ فَاقْتُلُوهُ وَإِلَّا فَلَا تَقْتُلُوهُ»
