ذِكْرُ الْبَيَانِ بِأَنَّ هَذَا الْفِعْلَ يَكُونُ لِمَنْ خَلْفَ لِأَهْلِ الْغَازِي بِشَرٍّ

The sanctity of the wives of Mujahids is like the sanctity of their mothers for those who sit at home (i. e do not go out for Jihad). Anyone who stays behind looking after the family of a Mujahid and betrays his trust will be made to stand on the Day of judgment before the Mujahid who will take away from his meritorious deeds whatever he likes. So what do you think (will he leave anything)?  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ حُرْمَةُ نِسَاءِ الْمُجَاهِدِينَ عَلَى الْقَاعِدِينَ كَحُرْمَةِ أُمَّهَاتِهِمْ وَمَا مِنْ رَجُلٍ مِنَ الْقَاعِدِينَ يَخْلُفُ رَجُلاً مِنَ الْمُجَاهِدِينَ فى أَهْلِهِ فَيَخُونُهُ فِيهِمْ إِلاَّ وُقِفَ لَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فَيَأْخُذُ مِنْ عَمَلِهِ مَا شَاءَ فَمَا ظَنُّكُمْ  

"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The sanctity of the wives of the Mujahidin to those who stay behind is like the sanctity of their mothers. There is no man who takes on the responsibility of looking after the wife of one of the Mujahidin and betrays him with her but he (the betrayer) will be made to stand before him on the Day of Resurrection and he will take whatever he wants of his (good) deeds. So what do you think?'"  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ حُرْمَةُ نِسَاءِ الْمُجَاهِدِينَ عَلَى الْقَاعِدِينَ كَحُرْمَةِ أُمَّهَاتِهِمْ وَمَا مِنْ رَجُلٍ يَخْلُفُ فِي امْرَأَةِ رَجُلٍ مِنَ الْمُجَاهِدِينَ فَيَخُونُهُ فِيهَا إِلاَّ وُقِفَ لَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فَأَخَذَ مِنْ عَمَلِهِ مَا شَاءَ فَمَا ظَنُّكُمْ  

"The sanctity of the wive of the Mujahidin to those who stay behind is like the sanctity of their mothers. If he takes on the responsibility of looking after his wife then betrays him, it will be said to him on the Day of Resurrection: 'This one betrayed you with your wife, so take whatever you want of his good deeds.' So what do you think?"  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ حُرْمَةُ نِسَاءِ الْمُجَاهِدِينَ عَلَى الْقَاعِدِينَ كَحُرْمَةِ أُمَّهَاتِهِمْ وَإِذَا خَلَفَهُ فِي أَهْلِهِ فَخَانَهُ قِيلَ لَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ هَذَا خَانَكَ فِي أَهْلِكَ فَخُذْ مِنْ حَسَنَاتِهِ مَا شِئْتَ فَمَا ظَنُّكُمْ  

"The sanctity of the wives of the Mujahidin to those who stay behind is like the sanctity of their mothers. There is no man among those who stay behind who takes on the responsibility of looking after the wife of one of the Mujahidin (and betrays him) but he (the betrayer) will be made to stand before him on the Day Resurrection and it will be said: 'O So-and-so, this is so-and-so, take whatever you want from his good deeds.'" Then the Prophet ﷺ turned to his Companions and said: "What do you think: Will he leave him any of his good deeds?"  

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ حُرْمَةُ نِسَاءِ الْمُجَاهِدِينَ عَلَى الْقَاعِدِينَ فِي الْحُرْمَةِ كَأُمَّهَاتِهِمْ وَمَا مِنْ رَجُلٍ مِنَ الْقَاعِدِينَ يَخْلُفُ رَجُلاً مِنَ الْمُجَاهِدِينَ فِي أَهْلِهِ إِلاَّ نُصِبَ لَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فَيُقَالُ يَا فُلاَنُ هَذَا فُلاَنٌ فَخُذْ مِنْ حَسَنَاتِهِ مَا شِئْتَ ثُمَّ الْتَفَتَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ إِلَى أَصْحَابِهِ فَقَالَ مَا ظَنُّكُمْ تُرَوْنَ يَدَعُ لَهُ مِنْ حَسَنَاتِهِ شَيْئًا  

Buraidah reported the Apostle of Allaah ﷺ as saying “Respect to be shown by those who stay at home to the women of those who are engaged in jihad is t be like that shown to their mothers. If any man among those who stay at home is entrusted with the oversight of one’s family who is engaged in jihad and betrays him, he will be setup for him on the Day of Resurrection and he (the mujahid) will be told “This (man) was entrusted with the oversight of your family, so take what you want from his good deeds. The Apostle of Allaah ﷺ turned towards us and said “So what do you think.” Abu Dawud said “Qa’nab (a narrator of this tradition) was a pious man. Ibn Abi Laila intended to appoint him a judge, but he refused and said “If I intend to fulfill my need of a dirham, I seek the help of a person for it. He said “Which of us does not seek the help in his need? He said “Bring me out so that I may see. So he was brought out, and he concealed himself. Sufyan said “While he was concealing himself.” Sufyan said “While he was concealing himself the house suddenly fell on him and he died.”  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ حُرْمَةُ نِسَاءِ الْمُجَاهِدِينَ عَلَى الْقَاعِدِينَ كَحُرْمَةِ أُمَّهَاتِهِمْ وَمَا مِنْ رَجُلٍ مِنَ الْقَاعِدِينَ يَخْلُفُ رَجُلاً مِنَ الْمُجَاهِدِينَ فِي أَهْلِهِ إِلاَّ نُصِبَ لَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فَقِيلَ لَهُ هَذَا قَدْ خَلَفَكَ فِي أَهْلِكَ فَخُذْ مِنْ حَسَنَاتِهِ مَا شِئْتَ فَالْتَفَتَ إِلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ مَا ظَنُّكُمْ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ حُرْمَةُ نِسَاءِ الْمُجَاهِدِينَ عَلَى الْقَاعِدِينَ كَحُرْمَةِ أُمَّهَاتِهِمْ وَمَا مِنْ رَجُلٍ مِنَ الْقَاعِدِينَ يَخْلُفُ رَجُلًا مِنَ الْمُجَاهِدِينَ فِي أَهْلِهِ فَيَخُونُهُ فِيهَا إِلَّا وَقَفَ لَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فَيَأْخُذُ مِنْ عَمَلِهِ مَا شَاءَ فَمَا ظَنُّكُمْ؟  

[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: The virtue of the women who participate in jihad (struggle) is superior to those who stay behind in the sacred precincts (mosques) as the superiority of their mothers over them. And there is no person who stays behind and does not accompany a fighter in their family, and betrays his family, except that he will be stood in judgment on the Day of Judgment. It will be said to him: This person betrayed you in your family, so take from his deeds whatever you wish. He said: So what do you think?"  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَضْلُ نِسَاءِ الْمُجَاهِدِينَ عَلَى الْقَاعِدِينَ فِي الْحُرْمَةِ كَفَضْلِ أُمَّهَاتِهِمْ وَمَا مِنْ قَاعِدٍيَخْلُفُ مُجَاهِدًا فِي أَهْلِهِ فَيَخُونُهُ فِي أَهْلِهِ إِلَّا وَقَفَ لَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ قِيلَ لَهُ إِنَّ هَذَا خَانَكَ فِي أَهْلِكَ فَخُذْ مِنْ عَمَلِهِ مَا شِئْتَ قَالَ فَمَا ظَنُّكُمْ؟  

[Machine] On the authority of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , he said: "The women who participate in Jihad have a superiority over those who stay back in their homes, just like their mothers, and whoever from those who stay back in their homes breaks the loyalty to those who are in Jihad and deceives them regarding their families, then on the Day of Judgment, there will be a confrontation with him. It will be said to him: 'Indeed, you were disloyal to your family.' So take from his deeds whatever you wish."  

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ فَضْلُ نِسَاءِ الْمُجَاهِدِينَ عَلَى الْقَاعِدِينَ فِي الْحُرْمَةِ كَأُمَّهَاتِهِمْ وَمَا مِنْ أَحَدٍ مِنَ الْقَاعِدِينَ يَخْلُفُ أَحَدًا مِنَ الْمُجَاهِدِينَ فِي أَهْلِهِ ويَخُونُهُ فِيهِمْ إِلَّا وَقَفَ لَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فَقِيلَ لَهُ إِنَّ هَذَا خَانَكَ فِي أَهْلِكَ فَخُذْ مِنْ عَمَلِهِ مَا شِئْتَ  

"حُرْمَةُ نِسَاءِ الْمُجَاهدِينَ عَلَى الْقَاعِدِينَ كَحُرْمَةِ أُمَّهَاتِهِمْ، وَمَا مِنْ رَجُل مِنَ الْقَاعِدِينَ يَحلُفُ رَجُلًا مِنَ الْمُجَاهِدِينَ فِى أَهْلِهِ فَيَخونَهُ فِيهِمْ إِلَّا وَقَفَ له يَوْمَ الْقِيامةِ، فقِيلَ لَهُ: هَذَا قَدْ حلَفَكَ في أَهْلِكَ بِسُوءٍ فَخُذْ مِن حَسَنَاتِهِ مَا شِئْتَ فَيَأخُذُ مِنْ عَمَلِهِ مَا شَاءَ، فَمَا ظَنُّكُمْ؟ مَا أَدْرِى يَدَعُ مِنْ حَسَنَاتِهِ شيْئًا".  

"فَضْلُ نِسَاءِ الْمُجَاهدينَ عَلى الْقَاعِدِينَ فِي الحُرْمَةِ كَأُمَّهَاتِهِمْ، وَمَا مِنْ أحَد مِنَ الْقَاعِدِينَ يَخْلُفُ أحَدًا مِنَ الْمُجَاهِدِينَ فِي أهْلِهِ وَيخونُهُ فِيهِم إِلَّا وَقَفَ لَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ، فَقِيلَ لَهُ: إِنَّ هَذَا خَانَكَ فِي أَهْلِكَ، فَخُذْ مِنْ عَمَلِهِ مَا شِئْتَ".
