ذِكْرُ خَبَرٍ ثَانٍ يُصَرِّحُ بِصِحَّةِ مَا ذَكَرْنَاهُ

"I heard Fatimah bint Qais say that her husband divorced her ttree times, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ did not say that she was entitled to accommodation and maintenance."  

سَمِعْتُ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتَ قَيْسٍ تَقُولُ إِنَّ زَوْجَهَا طَلَّقَهَا ثَلاَثًا فَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ لَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ سُكْنَى وَلاَ نَفَقَةً  

Fatimah bint Qais said: “My husband divorced me at the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ three times. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'You have no right to accommodation or to maintenance.'”  

فَاطِمَةُ بِنْتُ قَيْسٍ طَلَّقَنِي زَوْجِي عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ ثَلاَثًا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لاَ سُكْنَى لَكِ وَلاَ نَفَقَةَ  

"I heard Fatimah bint Qais say that her husband divorced her ttree times, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ did not say that she was entitled to accommodation and maintenance." (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2035)   

سَمِعْتُ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتَ قَيْسٍ تَقُولُ طَلَّقَنِي زَوْجِي ثَلَاثًا فَمَا جَعَلَ لَهَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ سُكْنَى وَلَا نَفَقَةً  

[Machine] That Fatima bint Qays was divorced by her husband with a final divorce. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no maintenance or accommodation for you."  

أَنَّ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتَ قَيْسٍ طَلَّقَهَا زَوْجُهَا طَلَاقًا بَائِنًا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا نَفَقَةَ لَكِ وَلَا سُكْنَى»  

[Machine] My husband divorced me three times during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no dwelling and no provision."  

طَلَّقَنِي زَوْجِي عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ ثَلَاثًا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا سُكْنَى وَلَا نَفَقَةً»
