ذِكْرُ الْبَيَانِ بِأَنَّ الْحَائِضَ إِنَّمَا رَخَّصَ لَهَا أَنْ تَنْفِرَ، وَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ آخِرَ عَهْدِهَا بِالْبَيْتِ، إِذَا كَانَتْ طَافَتْ قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ طَوَافَ الزِّيَارَةِ

[Machine] She said, "O Messenger of Allah, I do not see Safiyyah except that she keeps us confined." He said, "What is the matter with her?" She said, "She is menstruating." He said, "Has she not completed her period?" I said, "Yes, but she is still menstruating." He said, "Then there is no restriction on her, so let her go and perform the pilgrimage."  

ابن حبّان:٣٩٠٤أَخْبَرَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي مَعْشَرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى الْقَطَّانُ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الْقَاسِمَ بْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَا أَرَى صَفِيَّةَ إِلَّا حَابِسَتَنَا قَالَ «وَمَا شَأْنُهَا؟ » قَالَتْ حَاضَتْ قَالَ «أَمَا كَانَتْ أَفَاضَتْ؟ » قُلْتُ بَلَى وَلَكِنَّهَا حَاضَتْ قَالَ «فَلَا حَبْسَ عَلَيْهَا فَلْتَنْفِرْ»

[Machine] Aisha said, "I said, O Messenger of Allah, I never see Safiyyah except that she restrains us." He asked, "And what is her problem?" I said, "She is menstruating." He asked, "Has she finished?" I said, "Yes, but she has menstruated after." He said, "Then there is no restriction on you, so go with her."

[Machine] "Aisha, O Messenger of Allah, I do not see Safiyyah except that she is restricting us." He said, "Why?" I said, "She is experiencing her monthly period." He said, "Was she not purified?" I said, "Yes, she was." He said, "I think she is doubting it." She said, "Yes, indeed, Muhammad ibn Ubayd has caused suspicion." He said, "Then there should be no restriction on you, so travel."  

أحمد:٢٤٦٧٤حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ عَنْ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ صَفِيَّةَ حَاضَتْ بِمِنًى وَقَدْ أَفَاضَتْ فَقَالَتْ

عَائِشَةُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ مَا أُرَى صَفِيَّةَ إِلَّا حَابِسَتَنَا قَالَ لِمَ؟ قُلْتُ حَاضَتْ قَالَ أَوَلَمْ تَكُنْ أَفَاضَتْ؟ قُلْتُ قَالَ أَظُنُّهُ قَالَتْ بَلَى شَكَّ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ قَالَ فَلَا حَبْسَ عَلَيْكِ فَارْتَحِلِي

[Machine] "O Messenger of Allah, I do not see Safiyyah except that she confines us." He said, "Was she not set free?" She said, "Yes." He said, "Then there should be no confinement upon you, so let her go."
