ذِكْرُ خَبَرٍ فِيهِ كَالدَّلِيلِ عَلَى صِحَّةِ مَا ذَهَبْنَا إِلَيْهِ

'A'isha reported that 'Umar misconstrued the fact that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ had prohibited the observance of prayer at the time of the rising sun and at the time of its setting.

أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ وَهِمَ عُمَرُ إِنَّمَا نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَنْ يُتَحَرَّى طُلُوعُ الشَّمْسِ وَغُرُوبُهَا

[AI] She said: "O Umar, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited praying at the time of sunrise and sunset."

أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ وَهِمَ عُمَرُ إِنَّمَا نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنِ الصَّلَاةِ أَنْ يُتَحَرَّى طُلُوعُ الشَّمْسِ وَغُرُوبُهَا

[AI] Pray, as the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade your people, the people of Yemen, from praying when the sun rises.

صَلِّ إِنَّمَا نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ قَوْمَكَ أَهْلَ الْيَمَنِ عَنِ الصَّلَاةِ إِذَا طَلَعَتِ الشَّمْسُ

[AI] She said, "Indeed, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade praying at the time of sunrise and sunset."

أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ إِنَّمَا نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنِ الصَّلَاةِ أَنْ يُتَحَرَّى بِهَا طُلُوعُ الشَّمْسِ وَغُرُوبُهَا

[AI] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade prayers at sunrise and sunset."

«نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ صَلَاةٍ عِنْدَ طُلُوعِ الشَّمْسِ وَعِنْدَ غُرُوبِهَا»
