ذِكْرُ خَبَرٍ ثَانٍ يُصَرِّحُ بِصِحَّةِ مَا ذَكَرْنَاهُ

ibnhibban:149 – Muḥammad b. ʿAbd al-Raḥman al-Daghūlī And Muḥammad b. Ibrāhīm b. al-Mundhir al-Naysābūrī Bimakkah Waʿiddah > Muḥammad b. ʿAbd al-Wahhāb al-Farrāʾ > ʿAlī b. ʿAthhām > Atayt Suʿayr b. al-Khims Asʾaluh > al-Waswsah Falam Yuḥaddithnī Faʾadbart Abkī Thum Laqiyanī > Taʿāl > Mughīrah > Ibrāhīm > ʿAlqamah > ʿAbdullāh

[Machine] We asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about a man who finds something that fell from the sky and is taken away by birds; does he love it more than speaking? He said, "That is the purest form of faith."

ابن حبّان:١٤٩ – أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الدَّغُولِيُّ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ الْمُنْذِرِ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ بِمَكَّةَ وَعِدَّةٌ قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ الْفَرَّاءُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَلِيَّ بْنَ عَثَّامٍ يَقُولُ أَتَيْتُ سُعَيْرَ بْنَ الْخِمْسِ أَسْأَلُهُ عَنْ حَدِيثِ الْوَسْوَسَةِ فَلَمْ يُحَدِّثْنِي فَأَدْبَرْتُ أَبْكِي ثُمَّ لَقِيَنِي فَقَالَ تَعَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُغِيرَةُ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ

سَأَلْنَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَجِدُ الشَّيْءَ لَوْ خَرَّ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ فَتَخْطَفَهُ الطَّيْرُ كَانَ أَحَبَّ إِلَيْهِ مِنْ أَنْ يَتَكَلَّمَ قَالَ «ذَاكَ صَرِيحُ الْإِيمَانِ»

"عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ: سَأَلْنَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ، يَجِدُ الشَّىْءَ لَوْ خَرَّ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ، فَتَخْطَفُهُ الطَّيْرُ، كَانَ أَحَبَّ إِلَيْهِ مِنْ أَنْ يَتَكَلَّمَ بِهِ، قَالَ: ذَاكَ مَحْضُ أَوْ صَرِيحُ - الإِيمانِ".
