ذِكْرُ الْبَيَانِ بِأَنَّ حُكْمَ الْوَاجِدِ فِي نَفْسِهِ مَا وَصَفْنَا، وَحُكْمَ الْمُحَدِّثِ إِيَّاهَا بِهِ سِيَّانَ مَا لَمْ يَنْطِقْ بِهِ لِسَانُهُ

ibnhibban:148Abū Khalīfah > Musaddad > Khālid > Suhayl b. Abū Ṣāliḥ from his father > Abū Hurayrah

[Machine] They said, "O Messenger of Allah, indeed one of us may talk about something that seems great to us, and we feel shy to speak about it." He said, " Have you found it? That is the apparent expression of faith."  

ابن حبّان:١٤٨أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ أَحَدَنَا لَيُحَدِّثُ نَفْسَهُ بِالشَّيْءِ يَعْظُمُ عَلَى أَحَدِنَا أَنْ يَتَكَلَّمَ بِهِ قَالَ «أَوَقَدْ وَجَدْتُمُوهُ؟ ذَاكَ صَرِيحُ الْإِيمَانِ»
