ذِكْرُ الْخَبَرِ الْمُدْحِضِ قَوْلَ مَنْ زَعَمَ أَنَّ سُؤْرَ الْمَرْأَةِ الْحَائِضِ نَجِسٌ

ibnhibban:1293 – ʿImrān b. Mūsá b. Mujāshiʿ > ʿUthmān b. Abū Shaybah > Wakīʿ > Misʿar And Sufyān > al-Miqdām b. Shurayḥ from his father > ʿĀʾishah

[Machine] "I used to place the vessel on my lap while I was menstruating, and then I would offer it to the Prophet ﷺ so he could place his mouth on the exact spot where I placed mine and he would take a sip while I was menstruating, and then I would offer it to him again and he would place his mouth on the exact spot."  

ابن حبّان:١٢٩٣ – أَخْبَرَنَا عِمْرَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى بْنِ مُجَاشِعٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ مِسْعَرٍ وَسُفْيَانَ عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ شُرَيْحٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

«كُنْتُ أَضَعُ الْإِنَاءَ عَلَى فِي وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ ثُمَّ أُنَاوِلُهُ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَيَضَعُ فَاهُ عَلَى مَوْضِعِ فِيَّ وَآخُذُ الْعَرْقَ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ ثُمَّ أُنَاوِلُهُ فَيَضَعُ فَاهُ عَلَى مَوْضِعِ فِيَّ»

I would drink when I was menstruating, then I would hand it (the vessel) to the Apostle ﷺ and he would put his mouth where mine had been, and drink, and I would eat flesh from a bone when I was menstruating, then hand it over to the Apostle ﷺ and he would put his mouth where mine had been. Zuhair made no mention of (the Holy Prophet's) drinking.  

مسلم:٣٠٠ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَزُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ مِسْعَرٍ وَسُفْيَانَ عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ شُرَيْحٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

كُنْتُ أَشْرَبُ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ ثُمَّ أُنَاوِلُهُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَيَضَعُ فَاهُ عَلَى مَوْضِعِ فِيَّ فَيَشْرَبُ وَأَتَعَرَّقُ الْعَرْقَ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ ثُمَّ أُنَاوِلُهُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَيَضَعُ فَاهُ عَلَى مَوْضِعِ فِيَّ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ زُهَيْرٌ فَيَشْرَبُ  

nasai:380 – Maḥmūd b. Ghaylān > Wakīʿ > Misʿar And Sufyān > al-Miqdām b. Shurayḥ from his father > ʿĀʾishah

"I would drink when I was menstruating, then I would hand it to the Prophet ﷺ, and he would put his mouth where mine had been and drink. And I would nibble at a bone on which some bits of meat were left when I was menstruating, then I would give it to the Prophet ﷺ and he would put his mouth where my mouth had been."  

النسائي:٣٨٠ – أَخْبَرَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلاَنَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مِسْعَرٌ وَسُفْيَانُ عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ شُرَيْحٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ
