ذِكْرُ الْخَبَرِ الدَّالِّ عَلَى أَنَّ هَذَا الْخَبَرَ كَانَ فِي أَوَّلِ الْإِسْلَامِ

ibnhibban:1099 – Ibn Khuzaymah > Muḥammad b. Rāfiʿ > ʿAbd al-Razzāq > Ibn Jurayj > Nāfiʿ > Ibn ʿUmar

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ was occupied one night and did not perform the 'Isha' prayer until we slept in the mosque. Then we woke up, slept again, and woke up again. Then he went out and said ﷺ, "No one from the inhabitants of the Earth is waiting for the prayer except you."  

ابن حبّان:١٠٩٩ – أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ خُزَيْمَةَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُمَرَ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ شُغِلَ ذَاتَ لَيْلَةٍ عَنْ صَلَاةِ الْعَتَمَةِ حَتَّى رَقَدْنَا فِي الْمَسْجِدِ ثُمَّ اسْتَيْقَظْنَا ثُمَّ رَقَدْنَا ثُمَّ اسْتَيْقَظْنَا ثُمَّ خَرَجَ فَقَالَ ﷺ «لَيْسَ يَنْتَظِرُ أَحَدٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْأَرْضِ الصَّلَاةَ غَيْرُكُمْ»

abudawud:199 – Aḥmad b. Muḥammad b. Ḥanbal > ʿAbd al-Razzāq > Ibn Jurayj > Nāfiʿ > ʿAbdullāh b. ʿUmar

One night the Messenger of Allah (May peace be upon him) was busy and he delayed the night (isha) prayer so much so that we dosed in the mosque. We awoke, then dozed, and again awoke and again dozed. He (the prophet) then came upon us and said: There is none except you who is waiting for prayer.  

أبو داود:١٩٩ – حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ شُغِلَ عَنْهَا لَيْلَةً فَأَخَّرَهَا حَتَّى رَقَدْنَا فِي الْمَسْجِدِ ثُمَّ اسْتَيْقَظْنَا ثُمَّ رَقَدْنَا ثُمَّ اسْتَيْقَظْنَا ثُمَّ رَقَدْنَا ثُمَّ خَرَجَ عَلَيْنَا فَقَالَ لَيْسَ أَحَدٌ يَنْتَظِرُ الصَّلاَةَ غَيْرَكُمْ  

ahmad:6097 – Surayj b. al-Nuʿmān > Fulayḥ > Nāfiʿ > Ibn ʿUmar

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ delayed the evening prayer until we slept, then we woke up, then we slept again, and then we woke up. We were only waiting for a delegation that came to him, then he left and said, "No one is waiting for prayer except for you."  

أحمد:٦٠٩٧ – حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجُ بْنُ النُّعْمَانِ حَدَّثَنَا فُلَيْحٌ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ

"أَنَّ النَّبِىَّ ﷺ شُغِلَ عَن الْعِشَاءِ لَيْلَةً فَأَخَّرَهَا حَتَّى رَقَدْنَا، ثُمَّ اسْتَيْقَظْنَا، ثُمَّ رَقَدْنَا، ثُمَّ اسْتَيْقَظْنَا، ثُمَّ خَرَجَ عَلَيْنَا فَقَالَ: لَيْس أَحَدٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الأَرْضِ يَنْتَظِرُ اللَّيْلَةَ هَذِهِ الصَّلاةَ غَيْرَكُمْ".
