ذِكْرُ مَا يُسْتَحَبُّ لِلْمَرْءِ أَنْ يَتَعَوَّذَ بِاللَّهِ جَلَّ وَعَلَا مِنْ شَرِّ الرِّيَاحِ إِذَا هَبَّتْ

ibnhibban:1006 – al-Ḥasan b. Sufyān > Yaḥyá b. Ṭalḥah al-Yarbūʿī > Sharīk > al-Miqdām b. Shurayḥ from his father > ʿĀʾishah

[Machine] The translation of the given text is: "If the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saw dust or wind in the sky, he sought refuge in Allah from its harm. And when it rained, he said, 'O Allah, make it a beneficial rain.'"  

ابن حبّان:١٠٠٦ – أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ طَلْحَةَ الْيَرْبُوعِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ شُرَيْحٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِذَا رَأَى فِي السَّمَاءِ غُبَارًا أَوْ رِيحًا تَعَوَّذَ بِاللَّهِ مِنْ شَرِّهِ فَإِذَا أَمْطَرَتْ قَالَ «اللَّهُمَّ صَيِّبًا نَافِعًا»

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ used to face a cloud or wind when he saw it appearing in the sky, and if he was in prayer, he would seek refuge in Allah from its harm. And when it rained, he would say, "O Allah, make it a beneficial downpour."  

أحمد:٢٥٨٦٤ – حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ شُرَيْحٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ إِذَا رَأَى نَاشِئًا فِي السَّمَاءِ سَحَابًا أَوْ رِيحًا اسْتَقْبَلَهُ مِنْ حَيْثُ كَانَ وَإِنْ كَانَ فِي الصَّلَاةِ يَتَعَوَّذُ بِاللهِ ﷻ مِنْ شَرِّهِ فَإِذَا أَمْطَرَتْ قَالَ اللهُمَّ صَيِّبًا نَافِعًا
