[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "A man bought a property from another man, and he found a jar of gold in the property he bought. The buyer said to the seller, 'Take your gold from me, for I have only bought land from you and have not purchased gold from you.' The one who sold the land said, 'I have sold you the land and everything in it.' They both went to a man to arbitrate their dispute. The man asked them, 'Do you both have children?' One of them said, 'Yes, a boy.' The other one said, 'Yes, a girl.' The arbitrator said, 'Marry the boy to the girl and spend on both of them and be charitable.'"

I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: What is lawful is clear and what is unlawful is clear, but between them are certain doubtful things. I give you an example for this. Allah has a preserve, and Allah's preserve is the things He has declared unlawful. He who pastures (his animals) round the preserve will soon fall into it. He who falls into doubtful things will soon be courageous. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3329)

[Machine] Tell me something you have memorized from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ that no one has told you about. He said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, 'Leave what gives you doubt for what does not give you doubt.' He said, 'Goodness brings tranquility, while evil brings doubt.' The Prophet ﷺ was once given a piece of date as charity, so I took a date and threw it in my mouth, then he took it back from my saliva and put it back with the dates. It was said to him, 'O Messenger of Allah, why did you take back this date from this child?' He said, 'Indeed, we, the family of Muhammad, are not allowed to take charity.' I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ supplicating with this prayer, 'O Allah, guide us among those whom You have guided, and grant us well-being among those whom You have granted well-being, and take us as Your guardians among those whom You have taken as Your guardians, and bless us in what You have given us, and protect us from the evil that You have decreed, for You do decree and none can decree upon You. Indeed, he whom You have taken as a guardian will never be disgraced. Blessed and exalted are You.'"

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ encountered a Bedouin and honored him. He said to the Bedouin, "Come to us." So he went to him and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to him, "Ask for what you need." The Bedouin said, "I want a camel to ride and a she-camel to milk for my family." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ asked him, "Couldn't you be like an old woman from the Children of Israel?" They asked, "Who is the old woman from the Children of Israel?" He said, "When Moses ﷺ was leading the Children of Israel out of Egypt, they lost their way. Moses asked, 'What is this?' Their scholars said, 'When the death of Joseph ﷺ approached, he made us swear an oath by Allah that we would not leave Egypt without taking his bones with us.' Moses then asked, 'Who knows the location of his grave?' They said, 'An old woman from the Children of Israel knows.' So he sent for her and she came to him. He asked her to show him the grave of Joseph. She replied, 'I will only do so if you promise that I will be with you in Paradise.' Moses disliked giving her that promise, so Allah revealed to him to fulfill her request. They then set out with her until they reached a lake of stagnant water. She said, 'Dry up this water.' So they dried it up. She then said, 'Dig a hole.' So they dug a hole and extracted the bones of Joseph. When they placed the bones on the ground, suddenly the road became bright as daylight."

He replied : were Allah to punish everyone in the heavens and in the earth. He would do so without being unjust to them, and were he to show mercy to them his mercy would be much better than their actions merited. Were you to spend in support of Allah’s cause an amount of gold equivalent to Uhud, Allah would not accept it from you till you believed in divine decree and knew that what has come to you could not miss you and that what has missed you could not come to you. Were you to die believing anything else you would enter Hell. He said : I then went to ‘Abd Allah b. MAs’ud and he said something to the same effect. I next went to Hudhaifah b. al-Yaman and he said something to the same effect. I next went to Zaid b. Thabit who told me something from the Prophet (May peace be upon him) to the same effect.

ibnhibban:730Aḥmad b. ʿAlī b. al-Muthanná > Abū Khaythamah > al-Muqriʾ > Ḥaywah b. Shurayḥ > Bakr b. ʿAmr > ʿAbdullāh b. Hubayrah > Abū Tamīm al-Jayshānī > ʿUmar b. al-Khaṭṭāb

Umar bin al Khattab heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: ʿIf you were to put your trust in Allah as you should, you would be given provision like the birds: they go out hungry in the morning and come back with full bellies in the evening.” (Using translation from Aḥmad 205)

ibnhibban:731al-Ḥusayn b. ʿAbdullāh al-Qaṭṭān > Hishām b. ʿAmmār > Ḥātim b. Ismāʿīl > Yaʿqūb b. ʿAbdullāh > Jaʿfar b. ʿAmr b. Umayyah from his father > a man Lilnnabī ﷺ Ursil Nāqatī And ʾAtawakkal

[Machine] "A man sent my camel to the Prophet Muhammad and I am relying on him?" He replied, "Tie it up and put your trust in God."
