الحاكم:٨٦٤٢ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السَّبِيعِيُّ بِالْكُوفَةِ ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ أَبِي غَرْزَةَ ثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى أَنْبَأَ سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ قَيْسٍ الْمُلَائِيِّ عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ فِي هَذِهِ الْآيَةِ {وَإِذَا وَقَعَ الْقَوْلُ عَلَيْهِمْ أَخْرَجْنَا لَهُمْ دَابَّةً مِنَ الْأَرْضِ تُكَلِّمُهُمْ} [النمل 82] قَالَ

«إِذَا لَمْ يَأْمُرُوا بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَلَمْ يَنْهَوْا عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ»
