[Machine] A man came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "O Messenger of Allah, advise me succinctly." The Prophet ﷺ said to him, "Have reliance on what is in the hands of people and beware of greed, for it is present poverty. Perform your prayers faithfully, as if it is your farewell prayer, and abstain from making excuses."
جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَوْصِنِي وَأَوْجَزْ فَقَالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «عَلَيْكَ بِالْإِيَاسِ مِمَّا فِي أَيْدِي النَّاسِ وَإِيَّاكَ وَالطَّمِعَ فَإِنَّهُ الْفَقْرُ الْحَاضِرُ وَصَلِّ صَلَاتَكَ وَأَنْتَ مُوَدَّعٌ وَإِيَّاكَ وَمَا تَعْتَذِرُ مِنْهُ»
