الحاكم:٧٧٤٢حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ الْعَامِرِيُّ ثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ عَنْ عَامِرٍ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ قَالَ قَدِمْتُ عَلَى عُمَرَ فَقَالَ مَا اسْمُكَ؟ قُلْتُ مَسْرُوقٌ قَالَ ابْنُ مَنْ؟ قُلْتُ ابْنُ الْأَجْدَعِ قَالَ أَنْتُ مَسْرُوقُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ

«حَدَّثَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَنَّ الْأَجْدَعَ شَيْطَانٌ» قَالَ «وَكَانَ اسْمُهُ فِي الدِّيوَانِ مَسْرُوقَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ» قيس ومجالد ليسا من شروط كتابنا
