hakim:7038 – Abū al-Faḍl Muḥammad b. Ibrāhīm al-Muzakkī > Aḥmad b. Salamah > Isḥāq b. Ibrāhīm > Jarīr > Manṣūr > Mujāhid > Yūsuf a freed slave of al-Zubayr > ʿAbdullāh b. al-Zubayr > Kānat a neighboriyah Lizamʿah Yaṭaʾuhā And Kānat Taẓun Birajul Ākhar > Kān

[Machine] There was a woman who used to serve Zama'ah and she thought that another man was having a relationship with her. Zama'ah died while she was pregnant, and she gave birth to a boy who resembled the man she thought was the father. Soudah mentioned this to the Prophet ﷺ , and he said, "As for inheritance, it belongs to him, but as for you, stay away from him, as he is not your relative."  

الحاكم:٧٠٣٨ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْفَضْلِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْمُزَكِّي ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَنْبَأَ جَرِيرٌ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنْ يُوسُفَ مَوْلَى الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ قَالَ

كَانَتْ جَارِيَةٌ لِزَمْعَةَ يَطَؤُهَا وَكَانَتْ تَظُنُّ بِرَجُلٍ آخَرَ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقَعُ عَلَيْهَا فَمَاتَ زَمْعَةُ وَهِيَ حَامِلٌ فَوَلَدَتْ غُلَامًا يُشْبِهُ الرَّجُلَ الَّذِي كَانَ يُظَنُّ بِهِ فَذَكَرَتْ سَوْدَةُ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ «أَمَّا الْمِيرَاثُ فَلَهُ وَأَمَّا أَنْتِ فَاحْتَجِبِي مِنْهُ فَإِنَّهُ لَيْسَ لَكَ بِأَخٍ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ صحيح

"Zam'ah had a slave woman with whom he used to have intercourse, but he suspected that someone else was also having intercourse with her. She gave birth to a child who resembled the one whom he suspected. Zam'ah died when she was pregnant, and Sawdah mentioned that to the Messenger of Allah. The Messenger of Allah said: 'The child is the bed's, but veil yourself from him, O Sawdah, for he is not a brother of yours.'"  

النسائي:٣٤٨٥ – أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنْ يُوسُفَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ مَوْلًى لَهُمْ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ قَالَ

كَانَتْ لِزَمْعَةَ جَارِيَةٌ يَطَؤُهَا هُوَ وَكَانَ يَظُنُّ بِآخَرَ يَقَعُ عَلَيْهَا فَجَاءَتْ بِوَلَدٍ شِبْهِ الَّذِي كَانَ يَظُنُّ بِهِ فَمَاتَ زَمْعَةُ وَهِيَ حُبْلَى فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ سَوْدَةُ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ الْوَلَدُ لِلْفِرَاشِ وَاحْتَجِبِي مِنْهُ يَا سَوْدَةُ فَلَيْسَ لَكِ بِأَخٍ  

tabarani:13918 – Isḥāq b. Ibrāhīm al-Dabarī > ʿAbd al-Rāzzaq > al-Thawrī > Manṣūr > Mujāhid > Ibn al-Zubayr

[Machine] There was a man who had a servant girl, and he used to have relations with her. They accused her and she became pregnant. The Prophet ﷺ said, "As for the inheritance, it belongs to him, and as for you, O Sawda, stay away from him, for you have no relationship with him."  

الطبراني:١٣٩١٨ – حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّبَرِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّازَّقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ

أَنَّ زَمْعَةَ كَانَتْ لَهُ جَارِيَةٌ وَكَانَ يَطَأُهَا وَكَانُوا يَتَّهِمُونَهَا فَوَلَدَتْ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «أَمَا الْمِيرَاثُ فَلَهُ وَأَمَّا أَنْتِ فَاحْتَجِبِي مِنْهُ يَا سَوْدَةُ فَإِنَّهُ لَيْسَ لَكِ بِأَخٍ»
