[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ married Maymunah bint Al-Harith and stayed in Makkah for three days. Then, Huwaytib ibn Abd Al-Uzza came to him with a group of Quraysh people on the third day and said to him, "Your time has expired, so leave us." He responded, "What harm would it be if you left me? I would have married among you and prepared food for you. Would you have attended?" They replied, "We have no need for your food, so leave us." Then, he left with Maymunah bint Al-Harith and married her extravagantly.  

الحاكم:٦٧٩٦ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ ثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ وَمُجَاهِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ تَزَوَّجَ مَيْمُونَةَ بِنْتَ الْحَارِثِ وَأَقَامَ بِمَكَّةَ ثَلَاثًا فَأَتَاهُ حُوَيْطِبُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعُزَّى فِي نَفَرٍ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ فِي الْيَوْمِ الثَّالِثِ فَقَالُوا لَهُ إِنَّهُ قَدِ انْقَضَى أَجَلُكَ فَاخْرُجْ عَنَّا قَالَ «وَمَا عَلَيْكُمْ لَوْ تَرَكْتُمُونِي فَأَعْرَسْتُ بَيْنَ أَظْهُرِكُمْ فَصَنَعْتُ لَكُمْ طَعَامًا فَحَضَرْتُمُوهُ؟» قَالُوا لَا حَاجَةَ لَنَا فِي طَعَامِكَ فَاخْرُجْ عَنَّا فَخَرَجَ بِمَيْمُونَةَ بِنْتِ الْحَارِثِ حَتَّى أَعْرَسَ بِهَا بِسَرِفٍ  

«هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمٍ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ» وَمِمَّا يُتَعَجَّبُ مِنْ قَضَاءِ اللَّهِ وَقَدَرِهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ بَنَى بِمَيْمُونَةَ بِنْتِ الْحَارِثِ بِسَرِفٍ وَرَدَّهَا إِلَى الْمَدِينَةِ عِنْدَ مُنْصَرَفِهِ مِنْ عُمْرَةِ الْقَضَاءِ وَبَقِيَتْ عِنْدَهُ إِلَى أَنْ خَرَجَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لِفَتْحِ مَكَّةَ وَقَدْ أَخْرَجَهَا مَعَهُ إِلَى أَنْ فَتَحَ الطَّائِفَ وَانْصَرَفَ رَاجِعًا إِلَى الْمَدِينَةِ فَمَاتَتْ مَيْمُونَةُ بِسَرِفٍ فِي الْمَوْضِعِ الَّذِي بَنَى بِهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ عِنْدَ تَزْوِيجِهَا على شرط مسلم

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , married Maymuna bint Al-Harith while he was on a journey, although it was forbidden. It was Abbas ibn Abdul-Muttalib who married her to him. So the Messenger of Allah stayed in Makkah for three days, and then Huwaytib ibn Abdul-Uzza ibn Abi Qays ibn Abdud ibn Nasr ibn Malik of the Quraish came to him with a group on the third day. Quraish had commissioned him to expel the Prophet, ﷺ , from Makkah, saying, "Your time has come to an end, leave us." The Prophet, ﷺ , said to them, "What if you leave me alone and I marry among you and prepare food for you?" They said, "We have no need for your food, just leave us." So the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , left.  

الطبراني:١١٤٠١ – حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَيُّوبَ صَاحِبُ الْمَغَازِي ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا أَبَانُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ وَعَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ أَبِي الْحَجَّاجِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ تَزَوَّجَ مَيْمُونَةَ بِنْتَ الْحَارِثِ فِي سَفَرِهِ ذَلِكَ وَهُوَ حَرَامٌ كَانَ الَّذِي زَوَّجَهُ إِيَّاهَا الْعَبَّاسَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ فَأَقَامَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِمَكَّةَ ثَلَاثًا فَأَتَاهُ حُوَيْطِبُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعُزَّى بْنِ أَبِي قَيْسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ وَدِّ بْنِ نَصْرِ بْنِ مَالِكِ بْنِ حَسَلٍ فِي نَفَرٍ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ فِي يَوْمِ الثَّالِثِ وَكَانَتْ قُرَيْشٌ قَدْ وَكَّلَتْهُ بِإِخْرَاجِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ مِنْ مَكَّةَ فَقَالُوا إِنَّهُ قَدِ انْقَضَى أَجَلُكَ فَاخْرُجْ عَنَّا فَقَالَ لَهُمْ «وَمَا عَلَيْكُمْ لَوْ تَرَكْتُمُونِي فَأَعْرَسْتُ بَيْنَ أَظْهُرِكُمْ وَصَنَعْنَا لَكُمْ طَعَامًا فحضرتموهُ» فَقَالُوا لَا حَاجَةَ لَنَا فِي طَعَامِكَ فَاخْرُجْ عَنَّا فَخَرَجَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ
