[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ wanted to perform ablution using a water container, so he was told that it was dead (impure) water. He then said, "Its impurity will remove its impurities or filthiness."  

الحاكم:٥٧٤ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْحَافِظُ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى ثنا مِنْجَابُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ عَنْ مِسْعَرٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ عَنْ أَخِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

أَرَادَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَنْ يَتَوَضَّأَ مِنْ سِقَاءٍ فَقِيلَ لَهُ إِنَّهُ مَيْتَةٌ فَقَالَ «دِبَاغُهُ يَذْهَبُ بِخَبَثِهِ أَوْ نَجَسِهِ أَوْ رِجْسِهِ»  

«هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ وَلَا أَعْرِفُ لَهُ عِلَّةً وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ» صحيح لا أعرف له علة

[Machine] About the Prophet ﷺ regarding the skin of a dead animal, he said, "Indeed, the process of tanning removes its impurities, filth, or contamination."
