[Machine] Awais Al-Qarni used to have a cloak, when he sat it touched the ground. He used to say, "O Allah, I seek your forgiveness from every hungry liver and naked body. I have nothing except what is on my back and in my stomach."  

الحاكم:٥٧٢٢أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ قَاسِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ السَّيَّارِيُّ بِمَرْوَ ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ أَنَا سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ قَالَ

كَانَ لِأُوَيْسٍ الْقَرَنِيُّ رِدَاءٌ إِذَا جَلَسَ مَسَّ الْأَرْضَ وَكَانَ يَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعْتَذِرُ إِلَيْكَ مِنْ كُلِّ كَبِدٍ جَائِعَةٍ وَجَسَدٍ عَارٍ وَلَيْسَ لِي إِلَّا مَا عَلَى ظَهْرِي وَفِي بَطْنِي سكت عنه الذهبي في التلخيص
