[Machine] "That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ stood up as a preacher and ordered the charity of Fitr, a saa' (measurement) of dates or a saa' of barley, for everyone be it an individual or for each person in the family, both young and old, a saa' of dates or a saa' of wheat or a saa' of raisins."

الحاكم:٥٢١٤ – حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ صَالِحِ بْنِ هَانِئٍ ثنا السَّرِيُّ بْنُ خُزَيْمَةَ ثنا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ثنا هَمَّامٌ عَنْ بَكْرِ بْنِ وَائِلِ بْنِ دَاوُدَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ حَدَّثَهُمْ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ ثَعْلَبَةَ بْنِ صُعَيْرٍ الْعُذْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

«أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَامَ خَطِيبًا وَأَمَرَ بِصَدَقَةِ الْفِطْرِ صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ شَعِيرٍ عَنْ كُلِّ وَاحِدٍ أَوْ عَنْ كُلِّ رَأْسٍ مِنَ الصَّغِيرِ وَالْكَبِيرِ صَاعٌ مِنْ تَمْرٍ أَوْ مُدَّيْنِ مِنْ قَمْحٍ»

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ رَوَاهُ أَكْثَرُ أَصْحَابِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْهُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ ثَعْلَبَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرُوا أَبَاهُ

[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded the giving of Zakat al-Fitr, which is a Sa' of dates or a Sa' of barley, on every Muslim, young or old, free or slave." Ibn 'Umar said, "Then people started giving its equivalent value in wheat."

ابن حبّان:٣٣٠٤ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُمَيْرِ بْنِ يُوسُفَ بْنِ جَوْصَا بِدِمَشْقَ وَعُمَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يُوسُفَ بْنِ بُجَيْرٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا كَثِيرُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حَيْوَةَ شُرَيْحُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَرْطَاةُ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ عَنِ الْمُعَلَّى بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْمَدَنِيِّ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ

«أَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ بِزَكَاةِ الْفِطْرِ صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ شَعِيرٍ عَنْ كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ صَغِيرٍ أَوْ كَبِيرٍ حُرٍّ أَوْ عَبْدٍ» قَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ «ثُمَّ إِنَّ النَّاسَ جَعَلُوا عِدْلَ ذَلِكَ مُدَّيْنِ مِنْ قَمْحٍ»

ثَعْلَبَةُ بْنُ صُعَيْرٍ الْعُذْرِيُّ

[Machine] The Prophet stood up to give a sermon, and he ordered the payment of the Zakat Al-Fitr for the young and old, free and enslaved, a Saa' of dates or a Saa' of barley, from each individual or for each person in a household, and a Saa' of wheat per person for two people.

الطبراني:١٣٨٩ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبَانَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ الْوَاسِطِيُّ ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَاصِمٍ ثنا هَمَّامٌ عَنْ بَكْرِ بْنِ وَائِلٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ ثَعْلَبَةَ بْنِ صُعَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

«أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَامَ خَطِيبًا فَأَمَرَ بِصَدَقَةِ الْفِطْرِ عَلَى الصَّغِيرِ وَالْكَبِيرِ وَالْحُرِّ وَالْعَبْدِ صَاعُ تَمْرٍ أَوْ صَاعُ شَعِيرٍ عَنْ كُلِّ وَاحِدٍ أَوْ عَنْ كُلِّ رَأْسٍ وَصَاعُ قَمْحٍ بَيْنَ اثْنَيْنِ»
