الحاكم:٤٨١ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ بَطَّةَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ مِنْ أَصْلِ كِتَابِهِ ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زَكَرِيَّا الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ عَنْ مُحْرِزِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ الْمَدَنِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

«إِذَا مَسَّتِ الْمَرْأَةُ فَرْجَهَا تَوَضَّأَتْ» «وَهَذِهِ مُنَاظَرَةٌ جَرَتْ بَيْنَ أَئِمَّةِ الْحُفَّاظِ فِي هَذَا الْبَابِ»
