[Machine] "What the Messenger of Allah ﷺ did not appoint, I will appoint, but if Allah wants good for the people, He will gather them after me on what is best for them, just as He gathered them after their Prophet on what is best for them."  

الحاكم:٤٤٦٧ – أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْمُزَكِّي بِمَرْوَ ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ رَوْحٍ الْمَدَائِنِيُّ ثنا شَبَابَةُ بْنُ سَوَّارٍ ثنا شُعَيْبُ بْنُ مَيْمُونٍ عَنْ حُصَيْنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ قَالَ قِيلَ لِعَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ أَلَا تَسْتَخْلِفُ عَلَيْنَا؟ قَالَ

«مَا اسْتَخْلَفَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَأَسْتَخْلِفُ وَلَكِنْ إِنْ يُرِدُ اللَّهُ بِالنَّاسِ خَيْرًا فَسَيَجْمَعَهُمْ بَعْدِي عَلَى خَيْرِهِمْ كَمَا جَمَعَهُمْ بَعْدَ نَبِيِّهِمْ عَلَى خَيْرِهِمْ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ صحيح

"عَنْ أَبىِ وَائلٍ قَالَ: قِيل لِعَلىٍّ: أَلاَ تَسْتَخْلفُ، فَقَالَ: إِنَّ رسُولَ الله ﷺ لَم يَسْتَخْلِفْ، فَإِنْ يُرِدِ الله بِالنَّاسِ خَيْرًا فَسَيَجْمَعْهُمْ عَلَى خَيْرِهِمْ كَمَا جَمَعَهُمْ بَعْدَ نَبِيِّهِمْ عَلَى خيْرِهِم".
