مَا مِنْ عَامٍ أَمْطَرَ مِنْ عَامٍ وَلَكِنَّ اللَّهَ يَصْرِفُهُ حَيْثُ يَشَاءُ ثُمَّ قَرَأَ {وَلَقَدْ صَرَّفْنَاهُ بَيْنَهُمُ} [الفرقان 50] الْآيَةُ
