[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came to Hawazin with twelve thousand men, and on the day of Hunayn, the people of Taif were killed like those who were killed on the day of Badr. So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ took a handful of pebbles and threw them at our faces, and we were defeated."  

الحاكم:٢٥٦٢ – أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ تَمِيمٍ الْقَنْطَرِيُّ ثنا أَبُو قِلَابَةَ ثنا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عِيَاضِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ «أَتَى هَوَازِنَ فِي اثْنَيْ عَشَرَ أَلْفًا فَقُتِلَ مِنْ أَهْلِ الطَّائِفِ يَوْمَ حُنَيْنٍ مِثْلَ مَنْ قُتِلَ يَوْمَ بَدْرٍ فَأَخَذَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَفًّا مِنْ حَصًى فَرَمَى بِهَا وًجُوهَنَا فَانْهَزَمْنَا»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ صحيح

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ came to Hawazin with twelve thousand men, and on the day of Hunayn, among the people of Ta'if, a number of us were killed equal to those killed from the Quraysh on the day of Badr. The Prophet ﷺ took a handful of gravel and threw it in our faces, and so we were defeated.  

الطبراني:١٥١٣٩ – حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ ثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحَرِيشِ وَالْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَظِيمِ قَالَا ثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ أَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَعْلَى الطَّائِفِيُّ أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عِيَاضٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ
