[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Makkah is a sanctuary that cannot be sold or rented out, and its houses cannot be leased."  

الحاكم:٢٣٢٦ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الْفَقِيهُ ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الشَّامَاتِيُّ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُهَاجِرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بَابَاهْ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مَكَّةُ مُنَاخٌ لَا تُبَاعُ رِبَاعُهَا وَلَا تُؤَاجَرُ بُيُوتُهَا»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ «شَاهِدُهُ حَدِيثُ أَبِي حَنِيفَةَ الَّذِي» إسماعيل بن إبراهيم بن مهاجر ضعفوه

"مكَّةُ مُنَاخٌ: لا تُبَاعُ ربَاعُهَا، وَلا تُؤْجَرُ بُيُوتُهَا".
