[Machine] A man came to the messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, "O messenger of Allah, guide me to a deed that if I do it, I will enter paradise." He replied, "Be good and kind to others." The man asked, "How will I know if I am good and kind?" He said, "Ask your neighbors. If they say that you are good and kind, then you are, and if they say that you are not, then you are not."
جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ دُلَّنِي عَلَى عَمَلٍ إِذَا أَنَا عَمِلْتُ بِهِ دَخَلْتُ الْجَنَّةَ قَالَ «كُنَّ مُحْسِنًا» قَالَ كَيْفَ أَعْلَمُ أَنِّي مُحْسِنٌ؟ قَالَ سَلْ جِيرَانَكَ فَإِنْ قَالُوا إِنَّكَ مُحْسِنٌ فَأَنْتَ مُحْسِنٌ وَإِنَّ قَالُوا إِنَّكَ مُسِيءٌ فَأَنْتَ مُسِيءٌ
