[Machine] A group of people disputed over the son of the accursed, Ali, so his tribe came seeking his inheritance. He said, "Indeed, his father disowned him, so you have no share in his inheritance." Thus, he decreed his inheritance to his mother and made her tribe his heirs.  

الدارمي:٣٠١١ – أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي بُكَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ طَهْمَانَ عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّ قَوْمًا اخْتَصَمُوا إِلَى عَلِيٍّ ؓ فِي وَلَدِ الْمُتَلَاعِنَيْنِ فَجَاءَ عَصَبَةُ أَبِيهِ يَطْلُبُونَ مِيرَاثَهُ فَقَالَ «إِنَّ أَبَاهُ كَانَ تَبَرَّأَ مِنْهُ فَلَيْسَ لَكُمْ مِنْ مِيرَاثِهِ شَيْءٌ» فَقَضَى بِمِيرَاثِهِ لِأُمِّهِ وَجَعَلَهَا عَصَبَتَهُ

الحاكم:٨٠١٦ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْقُطَيْعِيُّ ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ طَهْمَانَ عَنْ سِمَاكٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

اخْتَصَمُوا إِلَى عَلِيٍّ فِي وَلَدِ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ فَجَاءَ عَصَبَةُ أَبِيهِ يَطْلُبُونَ مِيرَاثَهُ فَقَالَ «إِنَّ أَبَاهُ قَدْ كَانَ تَبَرَّأَ مِنْهُ» فَأَعْطَى أُمَّهُ الْمِيرَاثَ وَجَعَلَهَا عَصَبَةً وَلَمْ يُعْطِهِمْ شَيْئًا  

«هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَإِنْ كَانَ مَوْقُوفًا عَلَى حُكْمِ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ فَإِنَّهُ غَرِيبٌ مِنْ فَتَاوَاهُ وَأَحْكَامِهِ» صحيح غريب
