[Machine] He used to say, "The inheritance of the cursed child belongs to his mother." I asked, "What if he has a sibling from his mother?" He replied, "He will have one-sixth."  

الدارمي:٣٠٠٥حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الْحَلَبِيُّ مُوسَى بْنُ خَالِدٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرٌ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ

أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ «مِيرَاثُ وَلَدِ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ لِأُمِّهِ» قُلْتُ فَإِنْ كَانَ لَهُ أَخٌ مِنْ أُمِّهِ؟ قَالَ «لَهُ السُّدُسُ»
