[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Gold is exchanged for gold, silver for silver, dates for dates, wheat for wheat, and barley for barley. There should be equal amounts and no excess."
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ prohibited selling gold for gold, silver for silver, wheat for wheat, dates for dates, barley for barley, and salt for salt, except in equal amounts and at the same time. Whoever adds more or asks for more has practiced usury.
