Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, No Hima except for Allah and His Apostle. We have been told that Allah's Apostle made a place called An-Naqi' as Hima, and ʿUmar made Ash-Sharaf and Ar-Rabadha Hima (for grazing the animals of Zakat).  

البخاري:٢٣٧٠حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ أَنَّ الصَّعْبَ بْنَ جَثَّامَةَ قَالَ

إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ حِمَى إِلاَّ لِلَّهِ وَلِرَسُولِهِ وَقَالَ بَلَغَنَا أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ حَمَى النَّقِيعَ وَأَنَّ عُمَرَ حَمَى السَّرَفَ وَالرَّبَذَةَ

Al Sa’b bin Jaththamah reported the Apostle of Allaah ﷺ as saying “There is no (permission for) protected land except for Allaah and His Prophet. Ibn Shihab said “It has reached me that the Apostle of Allaah ﷺ protected Naqi’.”  

أبو داود:٣٠٨٣حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ السَّرْحِ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنِ الصَّعْبِ بْنِ جَثَّامَةَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ حِمَى إِلاَّ لِلَّهِ وَلِرَسُولِهِ قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ وَبَلَغَنِي أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ حَمَى النَّقِيعَ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no contagious disease except for Allah and His Messenger ﷺ ." And it has reached us that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prevented the spread of plague. And it has also reached us that Umar ibn Al-Khattab prevented the spread of leprosy. This is the wording of the hadith of Ubaid.  

البيهقي:١١٨٠٥أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا ابْنُ مِلْحَانَ وَعُبَيْدُ بْنُ شَرِيكٍ قَالَا ثنا يَحْيَى ثنا اللَّيْثُ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنِ الصَّعْبِ بْنِ جَثَّامَةَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ لَا حِمَى إِلَّا لِلَّهِ وَلِرَسُولِهِ قَالَ وَبَلَغَنَا أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ حَمَى النَّقِيعَ وَأَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ حَمَى الشَّرَفَ وَالرَّبَذَةَ لَفْظُ حَدِيثِ عُبَيْدٍ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no contagious disease except with the permission of Allah and His Messenger." It has been reported to us that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ had protected against plague, and Umar had protected against smallpox and scrofula.
