2.7 To like for one's (Muslim's) brother what one likes for himself is a part of faith

٢۔٧ باب مِنَ الإِيمَانِ أَنْ يُحِبَّ لأَخِيهِ مَا يُحِبُّ لِنَفْسِهِ

Golden Rule: Perfection of faith is treating others as you like to be treated

bukhari:13 – [Chain 1] Musaddad > Yaḥyá > Shuʿbah > Qatādah > Anas [Chain 2] Ḥusayn al-Muʿallim > Qatādah > Anas

The Prophet ﷺ said, "None of you will have faith till he loves for his ˹believing˺ brother what he loves for himself."

البخاري:١٣ – حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ ؓ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَعَنْ حُسَيْنٍ الْمُعَلِّمِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ أَنَسٍ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ: «لا يُؤْمِنُ أَحَدُكُمْ حَتَّى يُحِبَّ لأَخِيهِ مَا يُحِبُّ لِنَفْسِهِ»۔
