The Prophet ﷺ said: The leaves should not be beaten off and the trees should not be cut in the protected land of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, but the leaves can be beaten off softly. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 2039)   

البيهقي:٩٩٧٨ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ أنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ أَوْ قَالَ مَخْلَدٌ أَخْبَرَنِي خَارِجَةُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ لَا يُخْبَطْ وَلَا يُعْضَدْ حِمَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ وَلَكِنْ يُهَشُّ هَشًّا رَفِيقًا كَذَا قَالَ
