Your circumambulation would suffice both Hajj and Umra. She, however, felt reluctant. Thereupon the Prophet ﷺ sent her with 'Abd al-Rahman to Tan'im and she performed Umra (with separate rituals) after Hajj. (Using translation from Muslim 1211x)   

البيهقي:٩٨١١ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ غَالِبٍ ثنا مُوسَى يَعْنِي ابْنَ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ثنا وُهَيْبٌ ثنا ابْنُ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ أَنَّهَا

أَهَلَّتْ بِعُمْرَةٍ وَحَاضَتْ وَلَمْ تَطُفْ بِالْبَيْتِ حِينَ حَاضَتْ فَنَسَكَتِ الْمَنَاسِكَ كُلَّهَا وَقَدْ أَهَلَّتْ بِالْحَجِّ فَقَالَ لَهَا النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يَوْمَ النَّفْرِ سَعْيُكِ لِحَجِّكِ وَعُمْرَتِكِ فَأَبَتْ فَبَعَثَ مَعَهَا عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ إِلَى التَّنْعِيمِ فَاعْتَمَرَتْ بَعْدَ الْحَجِّ  

أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ وُهَيْبٍ
