Ibn ʿUmar recited the verse: "They had a choice either to fast or to feed a poor person for every day, and said that the order of this Verse was canceled. (Using translation from Bukhārī 1949)   

البيهقي:٧٨٩٩ – كَمَا أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو سَعِيدٍ النَّسَوِيِّ ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ شَاكِرٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ثنا عَيَّاشٌ ثنا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ قَرَأَ {فِدْيَةٌ طَعَامُ مَسَاكِينَ} قَالَ

Ibn ʿAbbas said ( regarding the verse), "And when the relatives and the orphans and the poor are present at the time of division, "this verse and its order is valid and not abrogated."
