Ibn ʿUmar recited: "They had a choice, either fast or feed a poor for every day.." and added, "This Verse is abrogated."

Ibn ʿUmar recited the verse: "They had a choice either to fast or to feed a poor person for every day, and said that the order of this Verse was canceled.
هِيَ مَنْسُوخَةٌ
Ibn ʿAbbas said ( regarding the verse), "And when the relatives and the orphans and the poor are present at the time of division, "this verse and its order is valid and not abrogated."
هِيَ مُحْكَمَةٌ وَلَيْسَتْ بِمَنْسُوخَةٍ
