[Machine] And according to Qasim ibn Muhammad, the one who shaves his head does not need to perform ablution.  

البيهقي:٦٦٧أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الْفَقِيهُ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ عَنِ التَّيْمِيِّ عَنْ بَكْرٍ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْمُزَنِيَّ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ عَصَرَ بَثْرَةً فِي وَجْهِهِ فَخَرَجَ شَيْءٌ مِنْ دَمٍ فَحَكَّهُ بَيْنَ أُصْبُعَيْهِ ثُمَّ صَلَّى وَلَمْ يَتَوَضَّأْ ورُوِّينَا فِي مَعْنَى هَذَا عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ ثُمَّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ وَسَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ وَالْحَسَنِ وَطَاوُسٍ

وَعَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُحْتَجِمِ وُضُوءٌ
