البيهقي:٦٥٨ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ ثنا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ نَافِعٍ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ كَانَ يَتَوَضَّأُ فِي الْحَرِّ وَيُمِرُّ يَدَيْهِ عَلَى إِبْطَيْهِ وَلَا يَنْقَضُ ذَلِكَ وُضُوءَهُ وَعَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ وَيَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ وَاللَّيْثِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ وَمَالِكِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ قَالُوا لَيْسَ فِي مَسِّ الْإِبْطِ وُضُوءٌ يَقُولُهُ ابْنُ وَهْبٍ قَالَ

الشَّيْخُ وَهُوَ قَوْلُ الْحَسَنِ الْبَصْرِيِّ وَالْحَارِثِ الْعُكْلِيِّ مِنَ التَّابِعِينَ وَهُوَ قَوْلُ الشَّافِعِيِّ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ وَإِيَّاهُمْ
