[Machine] Speaking is prohibited in four occasions: during the two Eids (Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha), during the prayer for rain (istisqa), and on Fridays. And this is established.  

البيهقي:٦٢٢٢وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُقْرِئُ بْنُ الْحَمَامِيُّ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ بِبَغْدَادَ أنبأ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْخُطَبِيُّ ثنا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا يَحْيَى الْحِمَّانِيُّ ثنا قَيْسٌ وَيَحْيَى بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

يُكْرَهُ الْكَلَامُ فِي أَرْبَعَةِ مَوَاطِنَ فِي الْعِيدَيْنِ وَالِاسْتِسْقَاءِ وَيَوْمِ الْجُمُعَةِ وَهَذَا مَوْقُوفٌ
