[Machine] In the south, it is said that the Quran should not be recited while in a state of impurity, even a single letter. Abu Ishaq reported from Al-Harith from Ali who said, "Recite the Quran in every situation except when you are in a state of impurity." This is the statement of Al-Hasan, Al-Nakhai, Al-Zuhri, and Qatadah. It is also mentioned that Ibn Abbas said, "There is no harm in reciting a verse or similar while in a state of impurity." It is also reported from him that he said, "A verse, or two verses, or whoever disagrees with this more, and among them are two imams and with them is the apparent meaning of the narration."
