[Machine] I heard Abu Hurairah saying: "I arrived in Medina with the Prophet ﷺ during the Battle of Khaibar, and a man from the tribe of Ghifar was leading the people in prayer." The scholar (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Indeed, he was a follower of the Prophet ﷺ, so he came to him while he was at Khaibar."  

البيهقي:٣٩٢٣وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ الْقَطَّانِ أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْحُمَيْدِيُّ ثنا سُفْيَانُ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عِرَاكَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ

سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ يَقُولُ قَدِمْتُ الْمَدِينَةَ وَالنَّبِيُّ ﷺ بِخَيْبَرَ وَرَجُلٌ مِنْ بَنِي غِفَارَ يَؤُمُّ النَّاسَ قَالَ الشَّيْخُ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ ثُمَّ إِنَّهُ تَبِعَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَدِمَ عَلَيْهِ وَهُوَ بِخَيْبَرَ
