لَيْسَ مِنْ عَزَائِمِ السُّجُودِ وَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَسْجُدُ فِيهَا

The prostration of Saʿd is not a compulsory one but I saw the Prophet ﷺ prostrating while reciting it.

{ص} لَيْسَ مِنْ عَزَائِمِ السُّجُودِ وَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَسْجُدُ فِيهَا  

bukhari:3422 – Mūsá b. Ismāʿīl > Wuhayb > Ayyūb > ʿIkrimah > Ibn ʿAbbās

The prostration in Sura-Saʿd is not amongst the compulsory prostrations, though I saw the Prophet ﷺ prostrating on reciting it.

abudawud:1409 – Mūsá b. Ismāʿīl > Wuhayb > Ayyūb > ʿIkrimah > Ibn ʿAbbās

A prostration when reciting Sad is not one of those which are divinely commanded, but I have seen Messenger of Allah ﷺ prostrate himself.

لَيْسَ { ص } مِنْ عَزَائِمِ السُّجُودِ وَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَسْجُدُ فِيهَا
