[Machine] About Abdullah ibn Buhayna, who was one of the companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , it is narrated that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Has anyone among you recited the Quran in prayer?" They replied, "Yes." He said, "Verily, I recite the Quran differently from you in prayer." So, the people stopped reciting the Quran in prayer when he said that. Ya'qub ibn Sufyan said, "This is a mistake without a doubt." This narration was reported by Malik, Ma'mar, Ibn 'Uyayna, and Al-Laith ibn Sa'd, and Yunus ibn Yazid and Az-Zubaydi, all of them from Az-Zuhri, who narrated it from Ibn Uqaymah, who narrated it from Abu Hurairah. Ash-Shaykh said, "The authenticity of this hadith from the Prophet ﷺ is doubtful." This is because the narration of Ibn Uqaymah, who is Al-Laithi and an unknown person, did not narrate anything except this hadith alone, and it was not narrated from him except by Az-Zuhri. And Az-Zuhri did not have much knowledge about him except that he saw him narrating from Sa'id ibn Al-Musayyib. And in what Abu Sa'id Yahya ibn Muhammad ibn Yahya narrated to us, that Abu Bahir Al-Barbahari informed them, Bashir ibn Musa said, "Al-Humaydi commented on the hadith of Ibn Uqaymah, saying it is a hadith."

[Machine] "The phrase refers to a woman's right over her brother's daughter or her sister's daughter. Abu Sa'id bin Abi 'Amr informed us, Abu al-Abbas al-Asamm narrated to us, Rabee'ah narrated to us, Al-Shafi'i mentioned the Hadith of Al-A'raj from Abu Hurairah. Then he said, 'And by this, we take it as the statement of the scholars, there is no difference of opinion among them regarding what I know and what has not been proven from a reliable source by the people of Hadith except from Abu Hurairah, and it has been narrated from other sources that are not confirmed by the people of Hadith from other sources. And in this there is evidence against those who reject the Hadith, and against those who take one Hadith and leave another.' He spoke at length in this matter and did well. What has been mentioned about being narrated from other than Abu Hurairah, as he said, is that it is narrated from Ali, Abdullah bin Mas'ud, Abdullah bin Umar, Abdullah bin Abbas, Abdullah bin Amr bin Al-Aas, Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri, and Anas bin Malik, may Allah be pleased with them all. And among the women, it is narrated from Aisha. They are all narrations from the Prophet, except that all these narrations are not a condition for Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim, but they agreed upon it, as did those before them and those after them among the imams of Hadith, in affirming the Hadith of Abu Hurairah in this matter only. As Al-Shafi'i may Allah have mercy on him said. Al-Bukhari also reported the narration of Aasim al-Ahwal from Al-Shaabi from Jabir bin Abdullah, except that they see it as an error and that the correct narration is from Dawood bin Abi Hind and Abdullah bin Awun from Al-Shaabi from Abu Hurairah. And Allah knows best."
