[Machine] The reading of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was "In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, the Lord of all the worlds." [Al-Fatiha 2], meaning word by word. And likewise.

قِرَاءَةَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَتْ {بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ} [الفاتحة 2] يَعْنِي كَلِمَةً كَلِمَةً وَكَذَلِكَ  

رَوَاهُ حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ بِمَعْنَاهُ رَوَاهُ عَمْرُو بْنُ هَارُونَ وَلَيْسَ بِالْقَوِيِّ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ فَزَادَ فِيهِ

كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يَقْرَأُ {بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ} [الفاتحة 1] {الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ} [الفاتحة 2] يَقْطَعُهَا حَرْفًا حَرْفًا  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ على شرطهما
