bayhaqi:2324 – Abū al-Ḥusayn b. al-Faḍl al-Qaṭṭān> ʿAbdullāh b. Jaʿfar > Yaʿqūb b. Sufyān > Abū Nuʿaym > Mūsá b. ʿUmayr al-ʿAnbarī > ʿAlqamah b. Wāʾil from his father

[Machine] That the Prophet ﷺ used to, when he stood up to pray, hold onto his left hand with his right hand, and I saw him doing the alqamah. Ya'qub and Musa Ibn Umair said that he (the Prophet) was a trustworthy Kufan.  

البيهقي:٢٣٢٤ – وَأَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْقَطَّانُ بِبَغْدَادَ أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ثنا مُوسَى بْنُ عُمَيْرٍ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ حَدَّثَنِي عَلْقَمَةُ بْنُ وَائِلٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ إِذَا قَامَ فِي الصَّلَاةِ قَبَضَ عَلَى شِمَالِهِ بِيَمِينِهِ وَرَأَيْتُ عَلْقَمَةَ يَفْعَلُهُ قَالَ يَعْقُوبُ وَمُوسَى بْنُ عُمَيْرٍ كُوفِيٌّ ثِقَةٌ
