[Machine] A man sells his children. The man donates with dates and eats from its fruits. Another person said a decisive statement in response to what his companion said. The woman says that her child will be in her position, and the man may influence the she-camel so it produces, and he will slaughter her child with her. Ikrima said, "So he got up and did not pass a judgment on them with anything." It has been narrated from Zaid ibn Thabit that he did not indicate this statement.  

البيهقي:٢١٥٩٣وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو حَامِدٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ثنا زَاهِرٌ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أنبأ مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ بْنِ خَالِدٍ قَالَ حَضَرْتُ عَبْدَ الْمَلِكِ بْنَ مَرْوَانَ فَاخْتُصِمَ إِلَيْهِ فِي أَوْلَادِ الْمُدَبَّرَةِ فَاسْتَشَارَ مَنْ حَوْلَهُ فَقَالَ

رَجُلٌ يُبَاعُ أَوْلَادُهَا فَإِنَّ الرَّجُلَ يَتَصَدَّقُ بِالنَّخْلِ فَيَأْكُلُ مِنْ ثَمَرِهَا وَقَالَ آخَرُ قَوْلًا نَقَضًا لِلَّذِي قَالَ صَاحِبُهُ قَالَ الْمُدَبَّرَةُ يَكُونُ وَلَدُهَا بِمَنْزِلَتِهَا قَدْ يَهْدِي الرَّجُلُ الْبَدَنَةَ فَتُنْتَجُ فَيَنْحَرُ وَلَدَهَا مَعَهَا قَالَ عِكْرِمَةُ فَقَامَ وَلَمْ يَقْضِ فِيهِمْ بِشَيْءٍ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ مَا دَلَّ عَلَى هَذَا الْقَوْلِ
